303 Design
offers a wide range of digital signage services. Due to the large
range of services we provide, we offer a la carte pricing on all of
our services. We do not offer a price list due to how unique each
situation is however there are example situations and the end of
this document.

Network
Operations and Management
303 Design
has the full capabilities to manage your network. Utilizing the
power of the internet, we can update your content remotely from
anywhere in the world. We use specialized software that allows us to
tailor your network to suit your needs. We offer live streaming
tickers, news feeds, localized or national weather, live HiDef or
standard television, and your own personalized content to help boost
your sales.
A network
operations contract includes: installation of the 303 Design
software suite, full management of all content on the screen,
maintenance of all screens, and updates for the duration of the
contract.
Operation
contracts do not include: controller sales, content creation,
network design, or installation. 303 Design offers all of these
services under different contracts.
Network
Design
After an
initial phone consultation, a representative from 303 Design will
travel to your location and help you tailor a system to meet your
needs. Our representative will discuss with you your needs and
determine what equipment needs to be purchased, what database
integration (if any) is required, what customized solutions might be
required, and what solution will be right for you. Once a specific
system is designed and created, it will then be installed.
Equipment Sales and Rental
All 303
Design systems require three basic components:
LCD
or Plasma Television
Controller
Internet Connection
These
components may all be purchased or leased through 303 Design. While
all of these components are all required for our services, you may
acquire all of these through other vendors. However, we urge you to
get equipment through 303 Design so we can ensure the best quality
network.
Under all
equipment sales, the equipment becomes your personal property. As
such, any damage or equipment failure is not covered by 303 Designs
operations contract. However, you may purchase a free equipment
servicing contract that will be an extra monthly charge based upon
your network size.
For all
equipment leases, 303 Design retains all ownership of the equipment.
Therefore, any equipment failure shall be serviced for free by 303
Design. Any damage to the equipment done by any party or parties
outside of 303 Design control becomes the sole responsibility of the
client.
Equipment
leases are also eligible for equipment upgrades after two years.
Your old equipment will be removed and newer screens and controllers
of equal value will be installed. New equipment lease agreements
will also be drawn up and monthly fees will be subject to change.
Content
Design
All
networks require content. Whether it is personalized content,
advertising, or news/sports/weather, 303 Design can create the
content for your screen. Utilizing our online system, we can create
content that you yourself can update daily to always let customers
know what is going on.
303 Design
does not require that you have your content designed with us. If you
have graphic designers, an advertising agency, a marketing firm, or
television spots you would like placed on your network, you may send
them to your account representative and have them imported to the
system at no additional charge.
Customized Solutions
While all
networks are tailored to the client, some require more customization
than others. 303 Design can create kiosks, integrate screens into
existing areas, and create custom database solutions to integrate
into your “Now Serving” or inventory database.
